Hello everyone! Thanks so much for visiting our wedding website. The countdown is on.... I can't believe it's only a few months away. We hope that you are just as excited to celebrate with us. We have been updating this page as we go along, so be sure to check back, especially closer to the wedding! I have already uploaded several of our "engagement shoot" pics. Don't worry about the RSVP option, we are sending out Invitations with individual RSVP cards in a few months (in July is the plan). Since alot of time and planning has gone into our wedding, here's some aspects we wanted to share, for you to look forward to:

 

  • THEME: RUSTIC CHIC
  • DRESS: SEMIFORMAL (the groomsmen are wearing suits)
  • COLORS: CORAL, TAN, IVORY, PEACH, HINTS OF CHOCOLATE
  • LOCATION: CAVALIERS COUNTRY CLUB, NEWARK, DE
  • TIME: CEREMONY TO START AT 5:30PM, RECEPTION TO FOLLOW (6PM-11PM)
  • Specifics:
    • Outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) on the Cavaliers Country Club Golf Course. (**Rain site: Indoor ceremony room,same location)
    • Outdoor cocktail hour to follow ceremony on the covered veranda with TONS of appetizers and drinks
    • Indoor reception in the Grand Ballroom at Cavaliers Country Club
    • MUSIC: DJ/Live Music (yes, we do have wedding singers!)
    • FOOD: Buffet dinner AND two entree stations (yes, live cooking!)
    • DRINKS: OPEN BAR-- remember to drink responsibly... we have a photographer :) 
    • FOR THE SWEET TOOTH: Dessert station and cake 

We, above all else, want everyone to just HAVE FUN. We have blocked rooms at the Christiana Hilton (information to be included in the invitation) and have arranged the hotel shuttle both to AND from the country club before and after the wedding. Shuttle time: 4:15p -5:15p, 10:45p-12:00am. For those hotel guests that want to return to the hotel sooner, just call the front desk and the shuttle driver will come over ASAP.
